I did not expect that almost everyone like Ichigo daihuku.
My Hometown: Takatsuki
Takatsuki : A Wonderful Place Takatsuki is my hometown. Here, in takatsuki, there are 2 parts which is city side and country side. Please visit it someday. I'll write some information about it in my blog today. ( Good links for more information about Takatsuki ) Takatsuki Wikipedia Things to do in Takatsuki ( 5 fun things to do in Takatsuki ) 1- You can enjoy shoping near Takatsuki station. Threre are two big shopping center around the station. 2- Takatsuki is very famous for Ramen so that you may find the best Ramen you have ever had! 3- Takatsuki Jazz Street is amazing! You can listen Jazz music on restraunts in Takatsuki in May. 4-As I mentioned in the biginning, there is conutry side in Takatuki. Heaps of people come to thi city for bird watching. 5- There are some of temple here so that you will be able to learn about History of Takatsuki. I was surprised that eating mochi with sweet soy sause was not the best popular seasoning and 66.7% of them like ichigo daihuku. That was interesting survey!

返信削除I'm not surprised that ichigo daifuku is the favorite. I think it would sell well abroad too. I sometimes find mochi a little dry but the strawberry in the rice cake (ichigo daifuku) solves this problem for me.
返信削除It is a bit surprising for me that many of people don't eat mochi after New Year. I eat mochi often but other people don't! This is interesting survey!
返信削除Hi Shun! thanks for analyzing your survey, it is interesting to see that ichigo daifuku scored the highest in your survey, I actually like it too because the taste is very unique. I think that this type of mochi hasn`t been sold in Indonesia so it is a good business opportunity.
返信削除It is surprising for me that most of the respondents eat mochi at home instead of the stall stand. As mochi is quite favorable for Japanese, it might not has the same result in Indonesia. I would suggest to do further survey targeting on Indonesian if one wants to open mochi business there as they both have different characteristic and preference.
